Stephanie Slover is a dedicated educational leader with extensive experience in transition programming, special education, and post-secondary outcomes for individuals with diverse learning needs. She brings a strong background in building structured, inclusive systems that prepare students and young adults for meaningful employment, continued education, and independent living.

Stephanie has led large-scale transition programs, supervised multidisciplinary teams, and partnered closely with special education leadership to ensure high-quality, compliant, and student-centered services. She has also worked collaboratively with Vocational Rehabilitation and community agencies to expand opportunities and create real-world pathways for those she serves.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has prioritized collaboration, accountability, and capacity-building. She has supported IEP teams, provided professional development to educators, and developed programs that are both effective and sustainable. Her leadership approach is rooted in creating environments where individuals are supported, challenged, and set up for long-term success.

Stephanie began her career as a Special Education Teacher, where she developed individualized transition plans, delivered academic and vocational instruction, and built strong relationships with families and service providers. That hands-on experience continues to shape her work today, ensuring that every program remains outcomes-driven and focused on the people it serves.

She holds Master’s degrees in Educational Administration and Special Education, along with Arizona certifications in both areas. Stephanie is passionate about creating opportunities, empowering teams, and helping individuals build meaningful, independent futures.
