Stephanie has led large-scale transition programs, supervised multidisciplinary teams, and partnered closely with special education leadership to ensure high-quality, compliant, and student-centered services. She has also worked collaboratively with Vocational Rehabilitation and community agencies to expand opportunities and create real-world pathways for those she serves.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has prioritized collaboration, accountability, and capacity-building.
