The Life Skills Pathway is designed for young adults and adults who benefit from continued support in daily living, communication, routines, and community participation. This pathway provides structured, meaningful opportunities to build independence, confidence, and quality of life through individualized instruction and real-world experiences. Success looks different for every participant. For some, success may include employment. For others, it may include stronger routines, improved communication, increased independence, and meaningful engagement in daily life.

Program Structure
Participants follow a structured daily schedule that includes:

- Community-based learning is a consistent and required part of the program, allowing participants to practice skills in real-world settings.
Individualized Support
Each participant has an Individual Support Plan (ISP) built around their strengths, goals, and needs. Progress is monitored regularly, and programming is adjusted to support continued growth over time. There is no one-size-fits-all timeline. Participants may remain in the program based on their individual progress and readiness.

Participants may engage in:
